From the moment I began working in design, I was drawn to the power of strategic service design and the impact it can have on the user experience. Over the past 20 years, I’ve transformed from a passionate learner into an expert in innovation and rapid prototyping, crafting end-to-end experiences that drive meaningful change. I’m dedicated to user-centred design, developing strategies rooted in both quantitative and qualitative research to meet business goals.
